Two days a week, but on those days you get sixteen hours: Covered Court DRMC Gym runs 6am to 10pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, free of charge.

It's an unusual shape. Most limited-schedule venues give you a two- or three-hour block; here you get the whole day, twice a week. Two courts, roofed with open sides, so rain doesn't cancel your session.

Tagum City has no other listing, and Davao region carries only eight venues in total. Northgate Covered Courts is the nearest at about 23 kilometres, with Flores Village Pickleball and FPB Sports Complex both around 48 kilometres away. If Tuesday or Thursday works for you, this is a good deal.
