PlayPickle.ph("we", "us") operates a public directory of pickleball courts, events, and related content in the Philippines. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

Information We Publish

Our court directory includes the name, address, contact details, amenities, and operating information of pickleball courts and clubs across the Philippines. This information is compiled from publicly available sources — primarily the official Philippine Pickleball Federation (PPF) directory — and from submissions made through our Submit a Court form.

Some listings include a contact email provided by the court or club organizer. We publish these only so players can reach the court.

Request a Listing Correction or Removal

If you are a court owner, organizer, or an individual whose contact information appears on PlayPickle.ph and you would like it corrected or removed, email us at hello@playpickle.ph. We aim to respond within 7 business days. Removal requests under the Philippines Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) will be honored.

Information You Submit

When you use our court submission or contact forms, the information you provide (name, email, message, court details) is sent to us via Formspree. We use this information solely to review submissions, respond to inquiries, and improve the directory.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymized aggregate traffic data (pages viewed, country, device type). It does not use cookies or track individuals.

Cookies

PlayPickle.ph does not set its own tracking cookies. Embedded third-party services such as Google Maps may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.

Third-Party Services

• Google Maps — embedded on court detail pages. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Formspree — handles form submissions. Governed by the Formspree Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — hosts the site and provides analytics.
