3rd Fitness Lab

3rd Fitness Lab opens its two indoor courts on Wednesdays and Sundays only, but those two days run long — 8am straight through to 11pm.

If your week bends around midweek and weekends, that's a generous stretch of court time to work with. The rate is ₱250 per person, above the ₱150 median across the directory, so you're paying a premium for the hours rather than for volume.

The venue is on Sct. Dr. Lazcano Street in Diliman. Quezon City Sports Club is about a kilometre away and Rolling Hills Subd Club House a shade under two, with Acro Dinkers Pickleball roughly three kilometres out — useful backups on the five days this place stays shut.
