That's a tight slot built around a straight-after-work arrival rather than anything leisurely. Free is free, though — only 63 of the 295 courts in this directory charge nothing, so a no-cost session four evenings a week has real value if you can reliably make 5pm.

The court is at the House of Representatives tennis court. Nothing else sits especially close: Timberland Heights Resort and Moncarlo Village Basketball Court in San Mateo are both around five kilometres out, and Tivoli Royale Country Club is further still.
