Makati Sports Club

Makati Sports Club is open every day, 6am to 10pm — sixteen hours, seven days a week, which is about as open as a schedule gets.

Two outdoor courts on L.P. Leviste St, corner Gallardo. Being outdoors, the early morning and late evening ends of that window are the kinder ones; the middle of a Philippine afternoon is hard going.

Rates aren't published, so contact the club before you go. Three other listed courts sit within half a kilometre: Certified PB Addict Club and Citi Club at 300 metres, The Zone Sports Center at 400. Makati has nine courts in all.
