On Rizal Boulevard in Dumaguete, at Pantawan 2, two free outdoor courts run under the name Dumaguete Pickleball Club.
They share that spot with Negros Oriental Pickleball Club — the two listings sit at effectively the same location, so you may find either name attached to a session there. Paddle Zone is under two kilometres away as well. Dumaguete accounts for three of the seven courts listed across Negros Island.
The schedule is the limiting factor here: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only, 5:30pm to 9pm. Free and outdoor at that hour is a good combination, and the boulevard setting is hard to beat, but three evenings a week works best as a standing fixture rather than a spontaneous game.
