Being outdoor, the middle of the day is going to be punishing most of the year. The early-morning and late-evening ends of that window are where the sensible play is.

Rosales carries four of Northern Luzon's 14 listed venues, which makes it a genuine little hub for a town this size. Rosales South Central School and LGU Covered Court are both about six kilometres from here, and San Pedro East Elementary School roughly the same. Nationally, 63 of the 295 courts we track are free.
