Right by the traffic circle in Zone 4, LGU Covered Court is about as easy to find as a Rosales venue gets. Three courts under a roof with open sides, free to use, open 6am to 10pm daily.

No fee and sixteen hours a day is the combination that makes local government courts worth knowing about. Nationally, only 63 of 295 listed venues charge nothing.

Rosales stacks up four of Northern Luzon's 14 listings inside a few kilometres. Rosales South Central School is 200 metres away, San Pedro East Elementary School sits under two kilometres off, and Escuela de San Antonio about six.
